Pre-Open Advertising
The pre-open advertising campaign is made up of 3 phases. Each phase has a targeted goal, which aims to eventually convert as many membership sales as possible.
Our team has strategies in place to execute on each of these phases and drive results towards your goals.
Sustained paid advertising ensures your brand remains top-of-mind, leading to consistent organic lead generation. Without it, maintaining momentum and achieving high performance becomes challenging.
Our annual promotional calendar focuses on two primary offer period, Open Week and Challenge, running three times a year. Between these, we promote free or paid trial offers.
Ad spend recommendations are tailored based on our experience with targeted local ads. While increased spend can yield more leads, we advise on optimal amounts to avoid diminishing returns.

Reporting, Feedback & Support
Each month you will receive a monthly report which shows you the overall performance of the previous month, including overall clicks, leads, cost per lead as well as the best performing creatives.
Ongoing feedback & support will be provided by the TYG digital team, who you can contact to discuss your campaign's performance. Major campaign updates will be communicated via email from HQ.
Pausing Activity
You can pause your advertising activity with HQ giving 2 weeks notice before the start of the next month e.g. To pause ads starting June, please let us know by the 16th of May.
