  • At TYG, we have built an 8-week training block designed to deliver a balanced Strength and Conditioning experience across both RIG and TURF. Using a structured, progressive approach, it’s crafted to improve performance while remaining accessible to all fitness levels. 

    Our goal: to maximise results while minimising risk of injury and fatigue.

    These initial weeks focus on building a solid foundation of strength and conditioning. Training at lower intensities with higher volume and shorter rest periods, we aim to improve work capacity and muscular endurance. The goal is to refine technique, build muscle, and establish baseline strength for the phases ahead.

    Building on the base, we increase intensity with heavier loads and lower reps.

    This phase focuses on maximising strength, power, and aerobic capacity, while challenging both your physical and mental limits.

    This phase reduces volume and intensity to help your body recover from the demands of previous phases. It gives you time to recharge, maintain gains, and prepare for the next progression.
